hululu0Good morning,
I have put together a small list of extras and would appreciate any additional ideas you might have.
- In the ground floor living, dining, and kitchen areas, the electric switches should be controlled individually and connected in a “series circuit” to dim the lights.
- Controlled decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery.
- Preparation for photovoltaic system on the roof; missing on the garage roof.
- Two outdoor sockets on the ground floor.
- One outdoor connection for a light with motion sensor and switch on each side of the house.
- Three-phase power in the basement.
- Fireplace for a wood stove.
- Power supply in the garage.
- In the attic living, dining, and kitchen areas, leave the ceiling open up to the roof.
- Sliding doors with approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet) opening between the dining/living area and the hallway.
Thank you for your help.

Hello hululu0,
What kind of answer are you expecting?
Additional features depend entirely on personal preferences, needs, and budget.
This can include window and door security, alarm systems, video cameras with recording, various heating systems, a workshop in the garage with a pit, a bus system, electric roller shutters, and so on. If desired or needed, you can even have an elevator installed.
As you can see, there are countless special features and extras. This list can be extended endlessly by the users here.
Or would you like to discuss the pros and cons of the special features you mentioned?

Good morning,
I have put together a small list of extras and would appreciate it if you could give me some more ideas
- In the ground floor living, dining, and kitchen areas, the lighting should have individual electric controls as well as be connected via multi-way switching
- Controlled decentralized ventilation with heat recovery
- Preparation for photovoltaic system on the roof and garage roof is missing
- 2 outdoor electrical outlets on the ground floor
- An exterior connection with lamp, motion sensor, and switch on each side of the house
- High-voltage power supply in the basement
- Fireplace for wood stove
- Electricity in the garage
- In the attic living, dining, and kitchen area, leave the roof open towards the top
- Sliding doors with about 1.5 meters (5 feet) opening between dining/living area and hallway
Thank you for your helpSorry, the issue with this thread is that no question was asked.
"Leave the roof open towards the top"... what does that mean?
"In the ground floor living, dining, and kitchen areas, the lighting should have individual electric controls as well as be connected via multi-way switching"
Who, what... how? Who is "they"?
"What else could be added nowadays"... where? Into the house?
Give me a budget and I can allocate it for you! – for a single person or a five-person shared flat?
Practical matters are relative.
If I apply my professional experience, you probably don’t mean trousers being pulled down with the phrase "living, eating, cooking should be controlled electrically and individually via a 'series switch,'" but rather the electric roller shutters operated by remote control.
Personally, I question the use of "electric roller shutters" in general! Fortunately, we all (hopefully) have two healthy arms and legs that allow us to walk to and operate each roller shutter manually. It’s also beneficial for the house, as it encourages regular inspection to make sure everything is functioning properly.
You can continue discussing practical matters, but only in relation to the user.
