Hello!
I'll start.
Heated area 200m2 (2,153 sq ft)
KfW 55 standard
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
Current outdoor temperature 6°C (43°F)
Heating energy consumption including hot water 35 kWh
Electricity consumption 9 kWh

We plan to move in within the next two weeks, and I am currently working on optimizing my air-to-water heat pump.
Installed is a Stiebel Eltron WPL A05 with the HSBC200.
The heat pump is currently running for 14 hours straight and consumes about 8 kWh. When the heat pump is heating, around 570 watts appear on the secondary meter from the utility company. I have no experience and don’t know whether that is a lot or not. The compressor is set at 25 Hz. Domestic hot water is not yet being produced because the installer will come next week to set that up.
During the day, temperatures are around 10–15°C (50–59°F), and at night, 2–6°C (36–43°F).

My main question is whether 8 kWh per day is good or too much.
How does it look for you currently?

For which energy efficiency standard? For which floor area? For 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) that’s far too much. For 400 m² (4,306 sq ft) that’s excellent.

The question is how much heat energy was produced with the 8 kWh.

Currently used 3.5 kWh and 19.38 kWh of thermal energy.
Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 for 180 m² (1,938 sq ft).

Record it over the course of a month. Day-to-day measurements are pointless because they fluctuate so much, especially during transitional seasons.

However, your values seem to be reasonably okay.
