… is (not) known by everyone 😉

Why non-gourmets should watch this: because of the houses, apartments, interior design, kitchen, workflow, etc.

Today:
new, nice individual details, unfortunately quite a cold atmosphere because all surfaces appear smooth. No wood, hardly any fabric. But great pictures on the walls 🙂
Overall, I find that improvised furnishings are simply more comfortable and cozy.

And you?

The house definitely felt more comfortable today.

Yep. It was because of the boho style instead of plain silver 🙂
But it’s funny: the same layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas meet with the TV on the wall. Sideboard to the left of the TV 😉.
From the outside, it was similar too, same architectural style.

In this area, all the houses are pretty much the same, apparently even inside (-:

There is definitely a lot of money involved here. People also like to recommend their general contractor at the golf course.

I always wonder how people can afford houses like the one from yesterday. Without wanting to undervalue the professions (mechanical engineering fitter and self-employed florist), the income just doesn’t seem to add up. And on top of that, two small children.

The house from yesterday, built in 2019 in a suburb of Ingolstadt, I would estimate to be worth between 800,000 EUR and 1 million EUR.

We must be doing something wrong... 😀

A locksmith does not have to earn significantly less than an engineer.
Savings book from grandma and grandpa included?
Own labor and help from neighbors?
The skills of my mother’s neighbors (a lot of appearance for little money)
Tightly financed

And concluding that something is done wrong is based on the observation: We are not doing something wrong, but there is still something we can learn. (Written by someone without a completed recognized vocational qualification)
