… is (not) known by everyone 😉
Why non-gourmets should watch this: because of the houses, apartments, interior design, kitchen, workflow, etc.
Today:
new, nice individual details, unfortunately quite a cold atmosphere because all surfaces appear smooth. No wood, hardly any fabric. But great pictures on the walls 🙂
Overall, I find that improvised furnishings are simply more comfortable and cozy.
And you?

We don’t have HGTV here.
From the American side, I (unfortunately) only know the Fixer Upper episodes and House Hunters... but I quickly binge-watched them last year.
Yes, really huge, but I find it lacks charm. What was too much yesterday is too little here 🙂
I’m looking forward to tomorrow—the terrace in the preview looked exactly like today’s terrace 😉
If you follow the first 15 minutes closely on The Perfect Dinner, you can quickly see what you wouldn’t want for yourself or what was done really well.

Myrna_Loy19 Oct 2021 20:59I always swing between horror and secondhand embarrassment when watching The Perfect Dinner. My parents watch it often, as does a friend who is very passionate about cooking, and when I visit them, I can’t avoid it. It just confirms to me that the best amateur cooks don’t necessarily work in the most expensive kitchens.

What do you consider a hobby cook?Rebels like me, who audaciously have the stove on the island and the sink along the wall... 😉M
Myrna_Loy20 Oct 2021 09:34A hobby cook is someone who tries to prepare food beyond everyday meals at a restaurant level in their own kitchen. And decorates the food. 🙂
