I have mold growth under the floor (laminate) due to water damage.
There has been a strong mold smell for a few days now.
I have a slight runny nose every morning.
For health reasons, is it better to keep the windows open now? (to create some airflow and prevent the moldy air from settling and being inhaled in a concentrated amount)
Does mold continue to spread to other areas because of the mold?
Would keeping the windows open help with this?
What is the best approach until the damage is repaired?

How to proceed under the laminate as per GEZ?
Impact sound insulation foil should be replaced if it is made of cardboard.
Otherwise, remove all layers down to the solid substrate and clean/wash off any mold.
Until then, it is best to run a dehumidifier.
DO NOT INHALE is definitely important (respiratory mask!).

How to proceed with the moisture under the laminate?Yes, that’s what I would have asked first. Could the water have also gotten under the screed?
Why didn’t you fix the water damage immediately?
If it’s really only local under the laminate, remove the laminate and, if applicable, the underlay, dry the area, and then clean it with bleach. If the laminate survived the moisture, you can reinstall it.
Ventilation is probably the only immediate measure. Also, keep away from the room if possible.
