The studio is actually intended as space for potential future expansion.
Why should the budget not be enough?
It doesn't say where or with what specifications the house is being built, but the costs are immediately scrutinized.
With a total of €550,000 (about $600,000), that amounts to €2,500 per square meter (about $230 per square foot).
Please share your opinions on the floor plan—whether anything should be done differently.
P.S. Money is no object; there are additional funds available.

In the meantime, we have come up with a different floor plan and are looking forward to your opinions.“Slightly” delayed is putting it mildly. I mainly see a different house here, but not significantly improved – what exactly did you use the past year for? In the two earlier threads https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/neubau-efh-ca-220qm-bitte-um-kommentare-zum-grundriss.35985/ and https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/neubau-efh-ca-220qm-2-entwurf-stadtvilla.36585/, we certainly did not lack feedback, did we?idasb79 schrieb:

PS. Money is no object, there is even more available. If money is no Rolex, then apparently no improvements are needed in terms of efficiency. So it comes down to taste – and tastes vary, so you won’t find one that everyone agrees on.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

The budget is not sufficient. It seems like you are shopping at a discount hardware store.
You may need to add some extra funds.
I would place the children’s bathroom on the upper floor closer to the children’s bedrooms and away from the parents’ bedroom. You don’t need to hear every trip to the toilet by the teenagers or nighttime showers.
Although you have planned plenty of storage space in every area, the room for building services, laundry, tools, pantry, and freezer is quite small.
