Hello everyone,
we are currently in the consultation and quotation process with Kuechenheld.
Has anyone here had any experience with an online-only kitchen studio?
How does the price level compare to a traditional kitchen showroom? How satisfied were you with the consultation, handling, and implementation?

Yes, I agree that a freestanding island looks nicer. And maybe having the sink in front of the window is great for looking outside while washing up.
However, I’m a bit concerned about its practicality (it might only be operable with the faucet or only from one side) and cleanliness (water splashes on the window are much more noticeable than on a backsplash).
I also like the idea of having a fully accessible window, possibly with a herb box directly on the outside windowsill.
We discussed placing the stove next to the tall cabinets, but then it would need to be positioned further away from the corner or one of the tall cabinets would have to be removed… well, I don’t want to hijack this thread. I can update on the progress in the other discussion Link

No, even when I lived in an apartment, I didn’t run out to the terrace to pick herbs.

No, even when I lived in a rental apartment, I didn’t go out to the terrace to pick herbs. That’s why the kitchen is planned next to the terrace with direct access 🙂ypg schrieb:

I recently received an initial quote from the kitchen specialists.
The first consultation was quite pleasant, but they are pretty persistent with follow-ups. Phone call... if you don’t answer, a text message right away, then an email as well. I don’t like being pressured like that.
We are planning a Häcker Systemat kitchen with about 8 meters (26 feet) of cabinets (including a 1.8m (6 feet) tall cabinet, no wall cabinets). Natural stone countertop Nero Assoluto.
Bora Pure cooktop, Miele full-size refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, and Miele pyrolytic oven. 80cm (31½ inches) Silgranit sink and black faucet.
Breakdown: 8,500 (net) furniture, 7,200 (net) appliances, 2,700 (net) countertop, 3,700 (net) installation → 23,700 gross
We will choose the local showroom. I can refine the comparison a bit(!):
Local kitchen studio:
Xeno (Nobilia) with Maxicorpus cabinets, same stone, same handle style, same layout, Bora Pure X → 23,000
The cabinets from the online studio with Häcker might have been higher quality, and lighting would have been included, but I still wanted to stick with the local studio... And hopefully, next year we will finally have a great kitchen 😀
