This year, I’m growing carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, pumpkins (for carving with the kids), white cabbage, zucchini, and cauliflower as vegetables.
Also, various berries and apples.

A really strange question, since you usually grow the vegetables and fruits that you personally enjoy eating or that offer a greater benefit when grown yourself compared to buying them.
For me, that means potatoes, leeks, garlic, zucchini, and pumpkin, kiwi, and in summer also tomatoes and cucumbers. Possibly lettuce and radishes (depending on the snail problem), and not to forget delicious arugula as well as lots of herbs. Blueberry bushes, possibly elderberry, and I need to research whether Mirabelle plums or apricots will grow well here. Red grapevines will be planted too... maybe an apple tree as well (you generally need two for pollination, but that’s more about the fruits 😉) Radishes might work as well 🙂

donaldinho21 Jan 2014 16:22My season will be starting again in the next few days. This year, I want to grow some chili peppers and bell peppers again, after last summer and the harvest were rather a disaster. Any variety recommendations for me?
Unfortunately, I only have a balcony garden, so the variety of plants is quite limited.
However, we have already bought strawberry plants and sown chive, zucchini, and lavender seeds. Soon, I will also buy young plants like tomatoes and eggplants. I also noticed that nanunana offers "plant buckets," and I wanted to try growing chili peppers in one.
