Ground floor, layout of kitchen and living room, niches.
Upper floor children’s rooms separated from parents, dressing room, large windows
What do you dislike? Why?
Uncertain about the bathroom layout
Preferred heating system: air source heat pump
If you had to give up certain features or expansions

Currently, we are unsure about the window design in the sofa area and the bathroom layout.
We would very much appreciate overall feedback.
The square meters are unfortunately fully utilized.
