As part of a comprehensive renovation (possibly a full refurbishment including energy-efficient upgrades) of a property built in 1970 (two-family house, fully basement, two full stories plus attic/studio) in its original condition, we are looking for a competent construction manager near the Bergstraße north of Heidelberg. Ideally, someone with a practical and pragmatic engineering background who can also think outside the box.
Does anyone have a recommendation?
