Hello everyone,
we are currently in the consultation and quotation process with Kuechenheld.
Has anyone here had any experience with an online-only kitchen studio?
How does the price level compare to a traditional kitchen showroom? How satisfied were you with the consultation, handling, and implementation?

I’m trying to work through your posts systematically...
Step 1: Fill out the contact form on the website with some basic information and specify your preferred appointment time.
Step 2: Send the floor plan by email and (this is how we did it) include your equipment preferences and maybe some example pictures from Pinterest or similar.
Step 3: A phone call lasting about 30 minutes. During this call, special requests regarding the countertop, color, handle type, features, and brand of appliances are discussed.
Step 4: Written offer emailed with 2 years validity (!). Allegedly including sketches and views, and very transparent regarding cost details – unlike what you usually get in physical stores.
Step 5: Detailed planning meeting via video conference lasting 2-3 hours.
Step 6: Updated offer sent by email.
Step 7: At one of the showrooms, you can walk through your configured kitchen using VR glasses. There are also many display kitchens to look at, plus samples of countertops, fronts, and more.
After step 7, you proceed to ordering, measuring, installation, etc.
We’ve now completed step 3. The offer should arrive early this week...
We like natural stone quite a bit. I told them that too. But I think the price probably refers to a laminated countertop with oak effect, which would be fine for us as well.
Okay. I’m not very familiar with the kitchen manufacturers’ brands. My impression was more that there’s an option for every budget, but they tend to work with the higher-end manufacturers.
Anyone interested can get an impression on the website under “Manufacturers.”
They have a field service for that. It’s included in the kitchen price.
I’ll be happy to.
See my answer above 🙂
Have a nice Sunday everyone!

How should I imagine this? Does everything happen online?
Upload the floor plan, have a 30-minute conversation, and then off you go?

Edit: what kind of countertop is included in this $20k?

Sounds like pretending quality to me (also). Besides, I see the mentioned brands more in the low to mid-range segment, not really…

Anyway, please keep us posted on how it goes – I’m curious!

Could you please share your dimensioned ground floor plan? That is, without the kitchen furniture. Take a look at the last post (#72) in https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/stadtvilla-190-m-auf-bodenplatte.36860/page-12
This is how the kitchen is planned:
This is roughly the style it is intended to have:

wow, looks great, lots of kitchen space. and how much is it supposed to cost? Thanks!
Our floor plan already shows that we could really use plenty of storage space 🙂
The budget is around 20,000 EUR; however, with a laminated oak-effect countertop. One kitchen showroom offered us the kitchen last year for 17,500 EUR.
