ᐅ Roller shutters in the guest bathroom: yes or no?

Hello,

In our semi-detached house from the developer, all windows come with electric roller shutters as standard, except for the bathroom on the first floor and the guest toilet on the ground floor.

My question is, should I ask about the additional cost (we estimate around 400-500€) for electric roller shutters in the guest toilet on the ground floor due to increased burglary protection?

Frosted glass is always installed in the guest toilet and bathroom.

On the side, there is still the kitchen and, on the first floor, the children's room with electric shutters.

In the east, it’s definitely not sunny in the evening.

Touché ... The same applies to the morning ...

Then have the shutters installed in the bathroom as well. Otherwise, you’ll regret it forever. As I already mentioned, this is not something you can add later.
Of course, you have to wait for the extra cost, and if your general contractor (?) already excludes them from the standard package, I have a bad feeling about it.

Ok, I will ask about that when we reach that point.

All other windows come standard with electric roller shutters, except for the bathroom and guest toilet.

I also think it looks really bad when some windows don't have shutters. In my opinion, it's saving in the wrong place. But that's just my view.

We decided to skip windows in the guest toilet and bathroom, and we really regretted it afterward. Both rooms face east, and especially the bathroom on the upper floor gets uncomfortably warm in the summer; the sun also hits the mirror directly in the morning. I am very bothered by the lack of blinds! In the guest toilet on the ground floor, I don’t find it quite as bad.
