Hello everyone,
I have been a silent reader for some time now, and we are currently planning our floor plan. I would appreciate hearing your opinions on it.
In my view, it is a standard design with a few small special features. We really like it so far and would implement it as it is currently planned.
Maybe you will notice something that is particularly poorly designed.
Thank you very much!!

Attached are the exterior views and the orientation.
@RomeoZwo Thanks for the idea, but we are actually satisfied with the floor plan and the space. We prefer to take the larger bathroom.
We will remove the wall from the walk-in closet and place a U-shaped wardrobe there. That should open up the bedroom a little.
We want to move the bathtub and create a niche/shelf for towels, etc. there.
The windows at the entrance will be adjusted. The floor-to-ceiling window next to the front door will be removed; the two windows for the guest WC and utility room will be elongated but not floor-to-ceiling.
Otherwise, we don’t want to change much about the windows as we really like them (apparently there are many different opinions here).
My only concern was that we might have forgotten something important or that there could be major mistakes (like a door opening poorly), but it seems to look pretty good.
Taste is clearly subjective 😀

That is the “less attractive” side of the house. It is a corner plot, which means there are no neighbors on the other side. That’s why we have so many windows there 🙂
