Hello everyone,
We have an air-to-water heat pump in our newly built house and are considering whether it makes sense to install a separate meter for it and to get a separate tariff. Do you have any experience with this? Is it worthwhile?

I believe we will only receive the KfW classification once all the documents, which we do not yet have, are handed over. You should normally receive it beforehand, as otherwise you wouldn’t be able to apply for a KfW 153 loan or know which conditions apply.
I also wouldn’t buy a car without knowing which engine is installed until delivery.

But the question was about a separate meter. The information is available.

But the question was about a separate meter. The information is available.Yes, we do. However, we do not have a KfW standard that we could have financed through the KfW bank. We explicitly do not have a KfW house. Still, there is a standard that can be classified accordingly. Unfortunately, I can’t recall it at the moment.N

Unfortunately, I can't recall it right now.Standard = energy-efficient house. This corresponds to KfW 70. _Ugeen_ schrieb:
The lowest that exists. The contract states KfW 153._Ugeen_ schrieb:

I don’t understand. Either it is KfW 153, which means at least an energy-efficient house 55 (= KfW 55). So why can’t you get financing for that through the bank with KfW funds? Then we will probably have a KfW 55 standard. I think it wasn’t worthwhile for us back then, and we received a different/better offer from our bank.Similar topics
