Hello,
We are currently building a semi-detached house and will install a standard traditional doorbell.
Later, we want to replace it with a smart video doorbell.
Which smart video doorbell would you recommend? It should meet the following criteria:
No cloud storage – all data should remain within my own network.
The doorbell sound should ring as usual on the existing chime, and additionally ring on my phone and my wife's phone (it's enough if this works only when we are connected to Wi-Fi; it does not need to work when we are away).
The doorbell should continue to ring even if there is currently no Wi-Fi connection.
No monthly fees.
What is the legal situation? We probably won't be able to prevent the street from being recorded in the background. Is this a problem or illegal? The recording will only be temporary and only when someone rings the bell.

Does anyone know it? Is it any good?

No personal experience, but the technical specifications and appearance are appealing.
From my perspective, what would be a drawback is that it is a closed system, meaning it is not SIP or any standard protocol. Some research suggests that it is essentially based on Hikvision door stations.

No experience, but I like the technical specifications and the design. If it also had a fingerprint sensor, my decision would be made 😕Does anyone know of something similar?
2N IP Verso. An Ekey sensor fits perfectly in there, or you can use one from 2N. Technically excellent, and looks quite decent in black 🙂
