Wandervogel854 May 2021 18:25According to the development plan, this is permitted up to a maximum of 3.6m (12 feet) above the ground floor level. However, the extended roof overhang and possibly a steeper roof pitch come into play here. But I will also look into how realistic it is to obtain an exemption in this case.

I think you didn’t mention your maximum eaves height, but for example with the F119 (standard ceiling height), 1.5 m (5 feet) knee wall, KfW40 insulation package, and 30-degree roof pitch, you’re looking at about 4.7 m (15 feet) eaves height and just over 7 m (23 feet) ridge height. I had my first consultation yesterday.
The Family model is already ruled out because it can’t handle the snow load without structural modifications.
At the same time, none of the roof parameters (overhangs, roof pitch, eaves height) comply with the development plan. Unfortunately, this wasn’t very clear since the official information on the Danwood Family page about these details is quite limited.
I’m now having the Point 109.1 and Point 123 calculated. I’ll also check with one or two other providers.
I also have “only” 100 m² (1,076 sq ft). Take a look at the floor plan of the Alto S10 D from Heinz von Heiden. I made some slight changes to the ground floor to create more storage space. By the way, this modification didn’t cost anything. In the bathroom, I designed the shower as 90 x 120 cm (35 x 47 inches) with a 2 cm (0.8 inch) shower tray. The original length is 10.20 m (33.5 ft), but I shortened it to 9.7 m (31.8 ft). The roof overhang on the eaves side is just under 1 m (3.3 ft), which is what you had in mind.
