Dear forum,
we are currently planning the construction of our single-family house. Last week, I created an initial draft for the lighting and electrical installation, which I would like to share here for discussion.
Do you think I should reduce the number of recessed ceiling lights? Are the power outlets sufficient? I look forward to your comments!

Don’t forget the mounting boxes for the Wi-Fi access points! The steel-reinforced concrete ceilings block the signal from the router.

I’ve also been thinking about flush-mount boxes. The router will probably go in the office (upper floor), so I’ll likely need an access point on the ground floor and on the terrace as well, right?ypg schrieb:

We have also omitted recessed spotlights throughout the entire house, except in the bathroom. For the kitchen, there will be surface-mounted spotlights; we planned the wiring (ceiling outlets) accordingly, as recommended by our kitchen planner for optimal lighting.
