Then we still can’t get behind the house if the garage is located at the back 🙂. I think it might also be too tight for driving in. There are also garages designed for drive-through access. Maybe that could be an alternative?

Large open-plan living and dining area, pantry well positioned, storage space in the hallway (cloakroom behind the front door), guest toilet with shower (for when older), easy option to add an extra room (in the living room, for later), relatively large utility room possible (no basement).
Upper floor:
Office possible (with dormer), walk-in closet for the parents, room sizes are acceptable (still need to calculate with the roof).

We want a gable roof, so we still need to check the appropriate knee wall height.
