In front of the plot is a small private road, and to the east a public road that ends in a dead end right in front of the property.

The site plan is oriented to true north. I hope this helps. The two garden sheds have already been demolished, and the shed in the northwest part is to be preserved. The gray area is the private driveway shared by the north and south plots. What exactly is the yellow area? Is it intended to become a street or turning circle, or is it already in place (since trees are shown)?
