Hello,

Has anyone here built a house without a basement on a slope? I would appreciate some pictures to get a better idea. We have an elevation difference of about 5 m (16 feet) from the street to the property boundary, which is approximately 25 m (82 feet) away, and the finished floor level (FFL) is planned to be 1.66 m (5.4 feet) above the street, with the garage 0.5 m (1.6 feet) lower.

Great work on what you have done.
I would say, actually we have arranged the rooms differently. However, that is personal preference and taste. The way you suggested, the building fits well on the plot and is bright with sunny spots.

My main concern was initially to fix this unfortunate solution with the huge retaining walls.

Now, you only need a few L-shaped blocks at the boundary in front of the garage and behind it.

It is also interesting to see what the development plan says.

You have succeeded in doing that

Here are the first draft floor plans. Feel free to suggest improvements.
What did you base them on? Did the original poster send you any additional information (requirements, the currently planned floor plan)?
