Hello everyone,
We are new to this forum.
We recently purchased a plot of land and now want to build a house. We plan to visit several providers and request quotes. We have appointments with Schwörerhaus, Okal Haus, Weberhaus, and Bien-Zenker. Does anyone have experience with these companies and can recommend any of them?
We look forward to an active exchange.
Best regards

There was a post from someone who tested almost all popular prefab house providers over several months.
@11ant what was their name again? Did that person build with all of them?
I don’t have any experience with these companies unfortunately.
But somehow they all seem to work quite similarly.

Schwörerhaus, Okal Haus, Weberhaus, and Bien-Zenker. Schwörerhaus has a visible seam between the plastered floors, which is something you have to like.
I’ve read quite a few good things about Weberhaus here.
A representative from Bien-Zenker once came by but never got back in touch.
Okal Haus has an interesting house near me, and so does Schwörerhaus, which makes both feel more approachable and trustworthy.
What about using the search function?
Or have you looked through construction blogs?

But he is asking for experiences and has shared his own.

and focus on the company philosophy and wall construction! What do you mean by company philosophy? They even change that with their advertising agencies, even for single-brand suppliers.

@11ant what was their name? Argh, damn. I knew exactly what you meant but still searched for a long time. @erazorlll looked for a planner for his projects https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundrissoptimierung-Doppelhaushälfte-am-hang-mit-192m-Wohnfläche.35270/ in a truly impressive information marathon – you can find it in about a dozen posts, though not in a thread he started himself, specifically: among others, post #72 (page 12) and #125 (page 21) in https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/baufirma-im-grossraum-stuttgart-gesucht.28802/

I think the topic of wall construction is more confusing. Everyone claims to have the best possible walls, except for the companies that don’t say much because they just add extra polystyrene on the outside. Company philosophy is really just marketing anyway.
What’s more important is to look at how the individual companies position themselves in the market and to check whether you want to build in the same price range. 11ant schrieb:

Argh, annoying. I immediately knew what you meant but still spent quite some time looking for it. @erazorlll searched extensively for the designer for his plans https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundrissoptimierung-Doppelhaushälfte-am-hang-mit-192m-Wohnfläche.35270/ in a truly impressive information marathon – you can find about a dozen references scattered across the forum, though not in a thread he started himself, specifically posts #72 (page 12) and #125 (page 21) in https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/baufirma-im-grossraum-stuttgart-gesucht.28802/ A company philosophy (especially from smaller businesses) can also mean no big marketing but rather communication and quality as their core values! Glossy brochures don’t say anything about that. But to differentiate this, you really need to be reflective, realistic, and take your time!
And wall constructions are not all the same. The differences in quality are enormous! But again, you have to be willing to invest time and effort to deal with it.
