Hello,
we are currently renovating our bathroom and are now looking for:
1 bathtub
1 toilet
1 washbasin
The selection is huge, but I would prefer all products from the same manufacturer.
Villeroy & Boch is one option. Does anyone have experience with bathtubs from this manufacturer, for example from the Subway or Collaro series?
Which other manufacturers are there, or which have you chosen?
Thanks, regards

borderpuschl25 Jan 2021 09:39We have the Squaro Edge 12 along with the Venticello series from Villeroy & Boch, and they match very well.
It’s important to me to use the same manufacturer throughout (I have a slight obsession).
The drain fitting will most likely not be compatible.
All our faucets are from Hansgrohe because they sponsor a cycling team (another obsession).
Regarding the toilet bowl, as mentioned above, TOTO invented the Tornado Flush and is probably the best choice here, although we are very satisfied with the Villeroy & Boch one.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for the information. We have done some more research, and our choices will probably be roughly as follows:
Bathtub: Villeroy & Boch Subway Duo + new drain fitting + feet (We also like the Squaro Edge, but it’s a bit too expensive)
Toilet: Venticello (because it has a more streamlined design than Subway)
Washbasin: Subway, 60cm (24 inches) wide
Faucets: Grohe or Hansgrohe (still comparing)
To the Villeroy & Boch toilet users:
1. Is the toilet compatible with flush tanks from other manufacturers? (e.g., Geberit)
2. Our water supply connection has a diameter of 40mm (1.6 inches), and the drain is DN 110 (110mm / 4.3 inches). Will the toilet fit these, or is an adapter or similar necessary?

borderpuschl27 Jan 2021 09:29The toilet bowl has nothing to do with the cistern; otherwise, 90% of all houses would have a Geberit bowl installed.

1. Is the toilet compatible with flushing cisterns from other manufacturers? (Geberit)It doesn't really matter. They all have the same dimensions. However, each manufacturer and series uses different flush plates.Similar topics
