ᐅ Request for feedback on various prefabricated house manufacturers

We are new to this forum.
We recently purchased a plot of land and now want to build a house. We plan to visit several providers and request quotes. We have appointments with Schwörerhaus, Okal Haus, Weberhaus, and Bien-Zenker. Does anyone have experience with these companies and can recommend any of them?

With the mentioned manufacturers, you have chosen ones from the higher-end segment (except for Bien). The main question is which level of finish you are aiming for?

I recommend that you first fill out the questionnaire at the top of the floor plan section regarding you and your plot, including the zoning plan, and think about what kind of house you want. Otherwise, you will only receive offers that leave you unsure how to properly compare them. Hopefully, your preference for "prefabricated" house manufacturers isn’t based on the mistaken belief that it will be faster to build or have more fixed final pricing. If you are also considering traditional masonry builders, I would add: think beyond the nationally active providers.

Funny. Of the four mentioned, pretty much everyone would say a different combination of three that the fourth one only partly fits into that group.

In which region would you like to build?

I have no experience with any of the ones mentioned; I can only say that our immediate neighbors live in a very nice Swedish Eksjö prefab house, really all good quality, even wooden-aluminum windows as standard.

Besides, I think it does not matter to us where you build, what you build, or whether we like your floor plan, because that was not the question.

If you are referring to me, I asked the question because I assume there are regional differences. But maybe I am wrong.
