I would like to know how you would assess the fee of our architect. (Fair, standard, expensive, extremely expensive)

I don’t really understand the whole HOAI topic, so I’m asking you.

Here are the key details:

- Single-family house (extension to an existing building)
- 170 m² (1830 sq ft) living area
- 70 m² (750 sq ft) usable area
- Basement
- 2 full floors
- 2 bay windows
- Middle to high-end standard fittings

Eligible costs: €430,000 (net)
Architect’s offer (all service phases, excluding structural engineering): €50,000 (net)
