Your heat pump modulates, which means the flow rate is constantly changing.

No, it is not a modulating heat pump.

Then you need to adjust the compressor capacity to match your house or your heating load in order to reach the nominal volume flow.
However, I think you have to go to the "expert level" or "technician level" in the menu for that.
