Would you accept the sealing of the roofing underlay?
Our installer believes this is acceptable.
In one of the pictures, you can see how the roofer sealed a ventilation pipe; this is how I imagine a proper sealing should look.
What are your thoughts?

Is this correct as is?

Unfortunately, this reflects the current state of technology and the installer’s work, but it can be done better.

No, this is not correct and can definitely be done much better.
Once again, expensive materials were used but without any real understanding.

It’s clearly visible here that the membrane is torn and not properly sealed:

Metal pipe with white sealing tape at the pipe joint; yellow marked area highlights the sealing zone.

There are either ready-made sealing collars for this or it should be done properly. The blower door test will be pointless here.
Either fix it yourself (but the sealing tape should be applied correctly) or hire someone to do it. Don’t just close it like that—you won’t be able to access it later.

The other taped areas look much better. So why not here?

I can't believe that this makeshift solution with adhesive tape is considered acceptable. Aren't there proper, sealed "feed-throughs" or penetrations for this? I have no expertise in this area, but it does surprise me.

It is indeed permissible, and based on the pictures, it also appears that several companies were involved in the construction. Any leaks would definitely be detected at the latest during the blower door test.
