ᐅ Are these prices reasonable?

We have now reached the painting stage and have received a quote. The following net prices are the basis:

Priming walls and ceilings: €1.80 per sqm (sq ft)
Filling and sanding drywall ceilings and walls 3 to 4 times: €2.50 per sqm (sq ft) (Why 3 to 4 times?)
Applying textured wallpaper and dispersion paint: €7.65 per sqm (sq ft)
Priming screed, applying liquid screed, and sanding: €8.50 per sqm (sq ft)
Gluing design flooring: €12.50 per sqm (sq ft)
Filling and sanding ceilings and walls in bathrooms with silicate filler, plus two coats of silicate paint: €8.90 per sqm (sq ft)
Laminating flooring (installation only): €6.30 per sqm (sq ft)

Is this reasonable or too expensive?

Ask for flat rates for the entire house. Turnkey. Gross price.

Ok. The house has a floor area of 10 x 14.50 meters (33 x 48 feet) and includes a basement apartment as well as a converted attic.

In total: approximately €13,500 gross

This amount includes 80 square meters (860 square feet) of designer flooring and 33 square meters (355 square feet) of laminate.

I almost get the impression that the price is too low to receive good quality materials and acceptable workmanship.

But that's just my gut feeling.

There are too many missing details, such as the flooring and the total square meters of wall and floor area. The design flooring is vinyl. It is available as a "click" system for around 17€/m² (about $18 per square meter) or fully glued down (which the floor preparation seems to suggest).

€6 per square meter (about $6.30 per square yard) for installation, meaning approximately €70 (around $74) for a whole children’s room, for example.
