Regarding the backup kitchen: isn’t that quite common for people who see their kitchen primarily as a showcase and don’t want appliances sitting around, so they can always take a catalog photo? You need a backup kitchen if you own a show kitchen, because at home you can’t run a phone quiz about the mug with the program logo while the helpers rush through the studio collecting the no longer needed small bowls.
