Meins19046 May 2013 21:12Hello everyone!
Now that we have almost everything ready (financing secured, notary completed, building permit / planning permission obtained, plans done, and so on), the construction meeting is scheduled for this week!
Over the past few days, I have written down all the questions I/we have and hope that I haven’t forgotten anything! We have used this forum repeatedly to get tips, suggestions, etc., and you have always helped us 🙂 So, a request to you all:
Are there any questions we absolutely must not forget? Are there things we need to pay special attention to?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Bauexperte7 May 2013 00:13Hello,
a) The fixed-price contract is already signed, and you mean the so-called construction kickoff meeting?
b) You have only commissioned the necessary work up to and including the building permit / planning permission through an architect and are now looking for the right contractor for you?
Regards, Bauexperte
