Our installer started mounting the solar systems and thought that while the scaffolding was still up, he could finish the roof work, such as solar wiring, roof ventilation, and exhaust pipes.
Now, without informing me, he has already installed the drain pipes.

My questions are: Do the cables from the solar system to the house also need to be insulated? Is the penetration through the roofing membrane compliant with standards? Is fastening the solar cables to the roof structure using cable ties according to regulations? Is laying the drain pipes on Styrodur (extruded polystyrene insulation) compliant with standards?

Additionally, I informed the installer that I would like all exterior walls to be plastered, even if they are shuttered. He replied that the plasterer would surely be able to work behind the pipes.

What would you do in my situation?

I think your installer did a neat job.

I also think that he worked very well and diligently. This calls more for a tip than criticism.

Did that include placing Styrodur under the drain pipes as well?

Yes, everything appears to have been carried out very carefully, judging by the pictures...

It already looks very neatly done.
