Hello,
I haven’t started the house planning yet, but I’m already struggling with how to arrange the required 6 parking spaces on the relatively small plot.
I have tried different options so far without a workable solution, and in the end, there is no garden left.
Question for you: does anyone have a better idea?
The small house should have 3–4 units.
Plot size about 650sqm (7000 sq ft)
Two driveways are allowed.
Site coverage ratio 0.4 – should be just about feasible.

Thank you very much for your ideas.

How do you arrive at 6 parking spaces?
I know the regulations that require 2 parking spaces for apartments larger than 100m2 (1,076 sq ft) and 1 parking space for smaller ones. That would mean 7 spaces in this case, but it always depends on the city’s parking regulations. It might be worthwhile to reduce the 110m2 (1,184 sq ft) to a neat 99.9m2 (1,076 sq ft) to get by with only 4 parking spaces. Whether you rent them out or use them yourself is up to you. You have to build a certain number of parking spaces per apartment, but in theory you can rent all of them to one apartment, use them yourself, or offer them to tenants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bottom left, parked across: how is a car supposed to be maneuvered in there? There’s no space for turning around.
P2 won’t be approved.

What speaks against options 1 and 2 next to number 6? Or a straight path from the driveway?
Maybe omit P1. P2 fits fine at the back.

Parked across on the left. If the driveway is made just a bit wider, it works. At least that was approved for us, but with a 10cm (4 inch) green strip between the road and the parking area.

According to the parking space regulation.

What is wrong with placing 1 and 2 next to number 6? Or directly aligned from the driveway?

That would eliminate the entire garden. Any better suggestions?
“The second parking space assigned to an apartment may be arranged in a tandem layout.”

So, the issue is arranging the 6 parking spaces in a reasonable way.
Another point is that I can’t place an unlimited number of spaces along one boundary. Behind it is a city green strip, which might be possible otherwise, but I’m facing very limited options.

One more question, why is this topic not appearing under "new posts"?

Maybe you have "new posts unread" selected. Then it doesn’t appear because you have already opened the thread to write. For me, it shows as "new post." Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have found your thread.

The large apartments have parking spaces arranged in a tandem layout, while the smaller apartments have spaces side by side. The vehicles back out directly onto the street. This saves maneuvering space.
