I haven’t started the house planning yet, but I’m already struggling with how to arrange the required 6 parking spaces on the relatively small plot.
I have tried different options so far without a workable solution, and in the end, there is no garden left.
Question for you: does anyone have a better idea?
The small house should have 3–4 units.
Plot size about 650sqm (7000 sq ft)
Two driveways are allowed.
Site coverage ratio 0.4 – should be just about feasible.
Thank you very much for your ideas.

Where will the waste containers for so many households be located? Perhaps spot #3 would even have to be "sacrificed" for this?
Should all households share a common garden area?
I assume spots #1 and #2 are your parking spaces? I can only say that parking in a double row always requires coordination with your partner, especially when working hours vary or change.
How many housing units are we talking about, and what is the planned living area for each? I almost think the floor plan should be discussed alongside this. Also, how the garden is intended to be used.

3 units of about 110 sqm (1,184 sq ft)
1 unit of 70 sqm (753 sq ft)
It is clear that 1 and 2 are difficult. For now, it is about providing proof.
I’m still undecided regarding the garden.
Thank you very much for the feedback @2020

Doesn’t fit horizontally? 3 m (10 feet) should fit.It might be tight in the bottom left corner. The top right corner would work. It’s just unfortunate if there will be a window there.
By the way, north is to the left.
