we have come across an interesting property – a new construction of a single-family house. I requested the credit information from the developer via schufa.de. Unfortunately, the developer’s credit score is very poor. There is even data listed in the public debtor registry. Naturally, I am now quite skeptical and disappointed! We have already paid the reservation fee. At this point, I’m not exactly sure what I expect from you.
The developer currently has three new construction projects underway. One of the projects is nearly completed!
What potential consequences could we face if we proceed with a construction company like this?
