we have received an initial offer for the surveying (plot size 670m2 (7208 sq ft), net house floor area approx. 160m2 (1722 sq ft)):
Even though the building survey and creation of the official site plan must be priced according to legal regulations, I would still like to ask about your costs in Brandenburg. From what I have read so far, the total price seems a bit high to me.

- Project registration €348
- Rough staking out €348
- Fine staking out including elevation point €464
- Building survey for cadastral register €870
- Building survey for building authority €87
- Follow-up costs cadastral office €202.50

I can't say anything about Brandenburg, but in NRW you would be well within the normal range with that.By now, it has become more expensive in NRW.
The official site plan alone now costs 2130 plus VAT.
