ᐅ Has anyone ever had success with land services?

Hello,
We have been looking for a plot of land in the greater Nuremberg area for quite some time. During our search, we came across the land services or land brokerage offered by various (prefabricated) home builders.
I have read in several threads that these services, which are tied to house contracts, can be very problematic. My question is whether anyone has had success with these services—in other words, has anyone really found a good plot at a reasonable price that they couldn’t have found themselves online?

There are no secret plots of land that house builders suddenly find. Please use the search function for this topic, as it has been discussed extensively recently.

How far outside are you looking? Or in which direction?

Within a 40km (25 miles) radius. However, it should be connected to public transportation.

What would be an acceptable price? The scout tool shows quite a few plots of land in the surrounding area, and even more if you extend the range up to 50 km (30 miles).

Unfortunately, only up to 170k, and usually the plots are located in small villages without train connections or supermarkets. Getting to Fürth within an hour by public transport often becomes a problem then.
