Hello everyone,
how did you approach the topic of electrical installations? How many sockets/power outlets did you plan for, and where? The homeowner has calculated a certain amount, but I believe that won’t be sufficient.

The network is completely missing, but we have plenty of sockets. In large rooms and bedrooms, consider also installing multi-way switches. Outside is completely lacking as well.
What should be planned for outdoor areas? I was thinking of two sockets (1 for the house / 1 for the garage) outside!? If you want to have speakers or similar equipment outdoors later on, what needs to be provided for that?

Recessed socket = Socket for decorative lighting in the window reveal.
CAT = Network.
CAT ceiling outlet for WLAN access point.

Outside:
Lighting on the house and in the garden
Motion sensors
Switchable outdoor power outlet at least on the terrace(s) and main entrance
Facade lighting if desired
Network outlet for Wi-Fi access point and/or cameras
There are so many possibilities...

Depending on your preferences, for example, you might want wall outlets for wall lamps, a power socket in the hallway near the front door, a garden shed?, and in the garage or workshop area, rather 2 x 2 sockets. For the terrace or seating area, usually more than one, and next to the bed, 2 sockets on each side.
I would base the network setup more on your actual personal needs. In our current apartment, hundreds of meters of network cables and sockets were installed at the time. We don’t use any of it, except for the router connection. For most people, I think, having one router per floor and the rest connected via WiFi should be sufficient.
You will find plenty of information here… it interests me as well.

Phew, I have to say, this is a bit overwhelming for me. Thanks for the clarification so far!

I’m definitely not an expert. Currently, our router is connected via the phone socket, and if I understand you correctly, this would need to be done twice (one phone socket per floor connected to the router)? We mainly use Wi-Fi anyway. However, the idea was to at least have a network connection on the TV devices.

We currently have that here as well and it might make sense, but for us, everything runs over WiFi, including TV streaming, all with excellent quality. Of course, it’s also a matter of cost, but I plan to install as little as possible because I don’t see what else I would need, since everything works flawlessly. Maybe if you work with cameras or something like that, I don’t know, but at the moment I don’t see any benefit that would justify these costs.
