I believe so. With fabric reinforcement. It's usually an upgrade. We were surprised by the white plastic box inside. It can happen... we got used to it.

I believe they simply applied plaster around it and then painted. So the molding itself was not plastered.

Isn't it necessary to access it if something is broken on the roller blind?
