We have been working on sketches for our house for quite some time, but there are always a few things we are not completely happy with. It would be great if you could share some ideas or, even better, floor plans to help make the planning easier. Or you could simply point out what to consider during the process.
I hope to receive some responses... thanks in advance.

With a 9 x 9 meter (29.5 x 29.5 feet) town villa, there is hardly any room for creativity.
Also, since we barely know your needs, you will have to provide more details... number of children, home office, and so on. As mentioned in the other thread, there is a big difference between planning 120 square meters (1292 square feet) on one level and only 65 to 70 square meters (700 to 750 square feet).
If you don’t like a catalog house, you will have to go to an architect; we can’t do that for you here. There are no architects here offering free services.
Or you could share a "creative" design of your own that could lead to discussions. There are several people here who can offer advice and suggestions.

Additionally, good planning depends on the property... The site plan should be established first, so you can determine where the living areas will be located (cardinal directions, entrance, etc.). Is everything permitted according to the zoning plan / building permit? You mentioned a bungalow, now two full stories...
The plot is 18m (59 feet) wide and 29m (95 feet) long. On the right side, there will be a carport (4m / 13 feet) placed on the property boundary, followed by the house. The development plan allows for both. The back and forth is because we couldn’t decide, but we went out again yesterday and prefer the town villa. The roof must have a minimum pitch of 30 degrees. When viewed from the planned street, north is slightly to the right.
