Is the result (see photos) really acceptable? What criteria are used for evaluation?
About four weeks ago, the façade work was carried out. External thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with polystyrene insulation, fine-grain colored render, followed by two coats for "evening out," installed as a complete system by a professional company. However, the result is very uneven.
The specialist company rejects the defects, stating that this is normal for dark colors and that the work is done manually, not by machine.
To us, it still looks bad and incorrect. Every wall looks like this, regardless of the time of day. But is this actually a defect?
Thanks in advance!

Oh, this reminds me of our plastering work.
The plasterer back then also left a clear stripe all around our house. The problem was probably that the scaffolding was positioned too close to the house, and where the top plank was, the plasterers couldn’t properly apply the plaster.
After a long back and forth, another company fully reinforced and replastered the surface. However, we ended up covering half of the costs because Plasterer 1 did not really admit that he had made a mistake.

About 4 weeks ago, the work on the facade was carried out. External wall insulation system (EPS insulation, fine-grain colored render, then painted twice for "evening out") as a complete system by a professional company. However, the outcome is very uneven.
The contractor rejects the defects, arguing that this is normal for dark shades and that it is manual work rather than machine-made.

Thanks in advance! Very stylish, also the color. Could you specify the exact color name?
I would definitely be consistent and not want to live with this permanently.
