Hello dear forum,
We are about to finalize our financing.
However, it seems that the kitchen will likely not be accepted.
Is this different from bank to bank?
We would like to include it in the main loan.
What options are available? Are there any at all?
I hope you can help.
Best regards
Steffen

Can you please tell me why you are being so rude to me? You should quote your sources when addressing several people in one post, or at least use @, otherwise it gets a bit confusing. Or are you referring to me?
Equity consists of personal funds, land, and own work contributions.
When the loan-to-value ratio exceeds 75% to 80%, things get difficult.
Interest rates increase.
I estimate by about 0.2 to 0.3.
Everything has its price. It is also possible to have 100% financing. In that case, the bank sets the rules.

But when I reply directly to a post, it refers to the last one.
So in this case, yours.

I can’t help you with financing. As far as I can tell, you’re not high earners. Try Ikea—they often offer 0% financing and they have very nice kitchens with electrical installation included for around 5000 (currency), which are top quality. Can you tell that based on the data here?
