Hello dear forum,
We are about to finalize our financing.
However, it seems that the kitchen will likely not be accepted.
Is this different from bank to bank?
We would like to include it in the main loan.
What options are available? Are there any at all?
I hope you can help.
Best regards
Steffen

We don’t want that since it is used for other things. Then the only option left is going to the kitchen showroom or furniture store. They practically finance everything and everyone. And your bank doesn’t add an extra 30,000 euros on top—as a substitute for down payment like most do when they also finance a kitchen, car, or similar. So you’re already maxed out to the limit? That’s tough...

And your bank doesn’t add another €30,000 on top – basically as substitute equity, like most do when they also finance kitchen, car, or similar. So you’re already maxed out to the absolute limit?
That’s rough...Probably... just didn’t want to say it!S

How on earth do you come to the conclusion that something here is maximized up to the bottom edge of the upper lip???
Which bank still adds something on top for free use? We’ll take that one!

I was told that almost all banks require proof or documentation before releasing funds. Some are reportedly quite strict about this. So, which bank are you referring to?
