- In the utility room (HAR), the window will be moved to the front

I honestly think my house will be finished before this insight becomes the rule :-( To be honest, I don’t really see what additional information a site plan can give me. I can choose which trees I want to clear. There are two neighbors: one to the south above, and one to the east on the right. To the west, the neighboring plot is undeveloped (forest). There is no zoning plan or development plan.
Please clarify. You seem to assume that people know everything. Otherwise, we wouldn’t be here and this forum would be empty.

The site plan isn’t meant to help you specifically – it’s to help us catch up on your knowledge gap so we can advise you properly. By the way, the forum tends to empty out the longer the original poster is asked to provide essential information to the other participants.

Then you will have to comply with the setback requirements, and I don’t see how your floor plan can be exactly aligned with south, since the neighboring houses are apparently oriented along the NNW-SSE street.Correct. And when you stand in front of the property (on the sidewalk), you are facing south. How far you build into the property is up to you.
