Good morning. Bungalows are not exactly my area of expertise, but I have to say the left hallway seems too dark to me. And the toilet without a window wouldn’t be my preference either (though opinions on that certainly differ). I just can’t think of a better alternative in that case.

Maybe you could argue and actually believe that in the worst case, you’d rather add a room divider later if it really becomes necessary (which, in my opinion, it never will). Otherwise, I can speak from my own experience that bruises fade after a few weeks and damaged teeth can nowadays be replaced with nice implants.
To me, a bungalow feels open and free, and that feeling would be lost; additionally, it would limit kitchen layout options.
A ceiling height of 2.80m (9 feet 2 inches) is really comfortable!
The entrance area looks good; generally, I would aim for a light and airy design. I’m doing my best. Waiting for 4-5 more quotes, and then the change to the entrance area will be made. Let’s see how much this will cost.

By the way, the cardinal directions are:
- top is south
- bottom is north, etc.

If the hallway is too dark, consider adding a skylight there.
Your living room dimensions don’t match the furniture shown in the plan. You have 6.40m (21 feet) available, and there needs to be at least 1m (3.3 feet) of space between the kitchen and the dining table (which is already tight, as you come out of the kitchen and the table is immediately in front of you). Then add about 2m (6.6 feet) for the length of the dining table (and you can’t fit three chairs on each side), plus another 1m (3.3 feet) from the table to the sofa. That already accounts for 4 meters (13 feet), leaving only 2.4m (8 feet) for the living area. In your drawing, it looks like a 2.40m (7.9 feet) long dining table and a sofa section at least 3m (10 feet) long would fit, but that won’t work in 6.40m (21 feet).

Then there’s about 2m (6.5 feet) for the dining table length (and you can’t fit three chairs on each side there), plus another 1m (3 feet) from the table to the sofa. That already accounts for 4 meters (13 feet), leaving only 2.4m (8 feet) for the living area. Regards,
Sabine The sofa corner will be about 2.5m (8 feet) long and the dining table 1.60m (5.3 feet) extendable. But you’re right, it looks different.
