May I ask how you came up with the idea to source windows from Turkey? I have never heard of that and cannot imagine there are reasonable prices for this. On top of that, there is the higher Turkish VAT and possibly customs regulations (import VAT and any other charges).
Any “normal” homebuilder in Germany who wants to save money usually buys windows from Poland—but not from Turkey.

Every "typical" homeowner in Germany who wants to save properly buys windows from Poland—not Turkey. I specifically took a window manufacturer with me to Turkey; he has been trained for 5 years and knows the subject well. We examined the profiles, glass, and fittings.
The window manufacturer was also very surprised and said that we absolutely MUST buy the windows at the offered price!!
GU, HOPPE hardware installed
Triple glazing, U-value = 0.85
84mm (3.3 inches) profiles, 7 chambers,
4-12-4-12-4 configuration
We also inspected the production; everything is equipped with new machines.
I bought my windows for one third of the price.
