ᐅ Show Home Park Fellbach/Stuttgart – Prefabricated Home Manufacturer

Hello everyone,

My girlfriend and I are planning to visit the model home park in Fellbach/Stuttgart tomorrow to look at some nice houses, and we have a quick question about the prefabricated house companies present there!

Who of you has been to this model home park before, and which of the construction companies there should we definitely check out?
(Fingerhaus = our favorite so far, so Fingerhaus is currently our top choice; Schwörerhaus, Weberhaus, Bien-Zenker = unfortunately, you can hardly find any information about them online, ..., ..., ...???)

Oh yes, regarding the construction method, we want a prefabricated house (timber frame house)!

this could be because satisfied customers are much less active in forums than dissatisfied ones. A satisfied customer is less likely to express their satisfaction, while a dissatisfied one is more likely to share their problems or complaints. We built with Bie.-..nker and are very satisfied.

So far, we have decided for various reasons to build a solid (masonry) house with an architect. One reason was the overall cost and another was the lack of cost transparency with prefabricated house manufacturers. However, we contacted Talbau, and they were very good and friendly.
