ᐅ Construction Site Manager for the Neukirchen-Vluyn Area (Duisburg/Kleve/Wesel)

Hello everyone,
we plan to start building our single-family house in Neukirchen-Vluyn this summer (provided all the planning is finished by then).
Since we are working with an architect (my father-in-law, who lives about 100 km (62 miles) away) and contracting each trade separately, we need a site manager.
Besides overseeing the construction project — my father-in-law will support us but cannot be on site daily due to the distance and is not familiar with local contractors — we also need help with tendering the main trades and awarding the contracts.
Does anyone know suitable persons or companies in the area?
I would appreciate any tips.

we are currently planning our house construction under similar conditions to those you described above.
Therefore, I am also looking for a site manager who can continuously supervise the construction progress on-site. Bauexperte recommended an architect from Erkelenz. Since we live and will build in that area, I’m naturally interested in their contact details. Furthermore, I would also like to know how your construction project went and which aspects you consider especially important in this setup. Feel free to send me a private message. You need to ask @Bauexperte. In the end, we took over the construction management ourselves because our construction manager from Moers was incompetent (fired after a few days). My ex-wife was on-site every day, I was there every day after work, and together we managed everything.
