Geberit Icon & Tellkamp Premium 1000 wall-hung toilet set I can only speak positively about it (I bought it two years ago under the Keramag brand with the Keramag seat). You can skip the KeraTect coating, which brings the price for the toilet with seat down to under 300€ (about 320 USD). I will be buying it again soon.
I had the Happy D model in the previous house. It looks stylish, but the then small kids couldn’t sit on it at all (even the children's toilet seats that fit on top don’t really work), since the shape is quite angular. I probably wouldn’t choose it today.
I can only advise against soft-close. We’ve already had to repair two toilets because of it. In the guest bathroom, it even broke twice. People still tend to press the lid shut manually. After a few times of that, they end up broken. A new lid costs almost as much as a whole toilet. By now, we’ve just left them as they are or replaced a lid once without soft-close.
At my in-laws’ place, it’s starting to happen as well.
This is why our ICons in the new house won’t have soft-close.

I have the Villeroy & Boch Subway 2.0 with the article number 5614R0R1, but I’m not sure if that’s the one you’re considering. I would advise against it. Although it doesn’t have a traditional rim, there is still an overhang where dirt can collect underneath. I also have the Keramag Icon, which I can recommend.
I would only buy a toilet that I could test somewhere first... ours is so poorly designed that after flushing, water keeps running for a long time. It sounds like someone is standing there peeing again after using it. The manufacturer and supplier claim this is always the case with rimless toilets... yeah, right...
