Ugh, such an open plan isn't really my style – is there a version with dimensions instead of square meter values? And what about the upper floor?

I am not familiar with the local development plan. Are you allowed to build the utility room directly on the property boundary where you live?

Thank you for the reply. The house measures 9.60 x 11 meters (31.5 x 36 feet). There will still be several changes on the upper floor. That’s why only the ground floor was considered for now.

We are allowed to build within the blue line. I believe the architect has taken this into consideration.

You should definitely consider how the living room will be furnished and where the TV will be placed. Currently, it is designed for a family that rarely watches television.
