Before spending such a huge amount of money, it might be better to test the product first. Designing an attractive shape and producing glossy photos is one thing, but manufacturing functioning products is something completely different.

I wouldn’t consider the extremely expensive properties either. I think they are more suited for a show loft that might be used for an overnight stay once a month – I just can’t imagine using those things in everyday life. But well, I’m also fine with affordable standard houses. Everyone has their own taste, after all.

Twenty-one thousand in total price means only three thousand for the actual designer piece, while the remaining eighteen thousand cover the package of envy and admiration guarantee as well as protection against imitation of the purchase by ordinary people.

Cool – so it’s an external sunshade that still lets some light through if I understand correctly. Do you also have shutters for complete blackout, or do you rely on additional interior blinds or curtains for that?
