Hello everyone,
Initially, I planned to use external venetian blinds (raffstores) in the living areas and roller shutters in the sleeping areas.
Now I want to use external venetian blinds exclusively. I have the following Roma models to choose from:
- hemmed edge
- Z-lamella
- CPL
Can someone give me a tip? I’m not sure which type I should choose.
Thanks and best regards!

Update:
I have now decided on CDL; ROMA no longer offers the Z-lamella, according to my window manufacturer.
Reasons:
- better for bedrooms, as they make the room darker
- more durableMay I ask how much this costs? What sizes are available? Feel free to send a private message.

My window manufacturer told me that with the CDL, there is an additional 18% added, so instead of, for example, the hemmed slat. In my case, it was about 2300€ extra; I’m only talking about the additional cost of the CDL.
Even though it is somewhat older...
We also conducted extensive research and chose the CDL. The reason is that this slat almost completely darkens. Another advantage is that it is very wind-resistant. It holds up to 20 m/s (45 mph), which is relatively high for venetian blinds.

It can withstand winds up to 20 m/s (45 mph), which is quite high for venetian blinds. At Roma, the CDL basically replaced the Z-shaped slat......
The CDL was installed throughout our entire house.
Our house is not yet finished.
